Kim has a broad range of skills and experience gained from 20+ years of corporate employment and 8+ years as a business consultant. With a background in HR and Learning & Development, for the last 7 years Kim has specialised in her area of passion, which is apprenticeships and funded learning solutions.

Kim supports businesses to understand, navigate and access apprenticeships, enabling them to maximise apprenticeship funding and their apprenticeship levy to drive the upskilling of existing employees and/or recruit valuable new talent into their organisations. Kim can also provide guidance on the topic of traineeships, the government’s latest educational initiative – industry-specific T-Levels, as well as other funded training solutions that may be available to your organisation.

With a real people centric approach, Kim is both is driven and passionate to support businesses and individuals to reach their maximum potential.
